Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on order size and supply availability, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Shipping time will be in addition to the processing time. Orders placed after 4pm CT on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping delays related to holidays, extreme weather, incorrect shipping information entered and postal service issues are out of our control.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Refund, returns and exchanges
Due to the custom and personalized nature of the products, we do not offer refunds and/or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at vivsgifts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
